Your Oswego Family sends hugs, prayers for peace and love to the Dolan Family. He was an amazing man.
Frank, I will always remember the fun times we had as young kids always together and enjoying our time with Grandma and Grandpa who were such an influence in both our lives and he why we turned out to be the adults we are today. Frank you were a man filled with Honor-Integrity and values and one that would always be there for anyone but you were also a person that never wanted the spot light on him but today is your day cuz to shine and take in all the love that surrounds you. RIP with your mom and dad and all the Dolans on the other side!❤️🙏🍀
Frank, thanks again for our 'Maplewood stop sign' so many, many years ago. You made the 10th ward a safer place to live, efforts you duplicated countless times throughout all of Monroe County year after year. I am certain the level of effort you gave to your profession saved lives. Peg, thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Thomas R. Fox
The last few months have been difficult for you all . …but it has been a joy to all of us at Hildebrandt to have met and cared for this remarkable man. Love to you all.. and remember all the good times you shared. ..AND YES HE LOVED HIS FAMILY ABOVE ALL ELSE.
My condolences Peg, Frank was a great person who always showed his happiness. We'll miss him dearly. He always made me feel good. So many times I'll remember, and appreciate his love, for us all. Thank you Frank for the times. Rest in peace 🙏
Frank!! The ultimate "Cheer" Dad and co-worker @ Bergmann! I have so many fond memories. Thank you for bringing such wonderful girls into this world, that I can call my lifelong friends. You will be missed. Fly away peacefully. XOXO
Frank was a rarity . Frank was genuine. Everything about him was genuine. His smile was genuine. His love for Peg and his family was genuine. His listening skills were genuine. His interests in his friends was genuine. His excitement was genuine. A rare kind of man. You will be missed terribly. Rest in Gods peace Frank.

When we pass over the causeway in Madeira Beach we have fond memories of you walking over that bridge. A bridge we have christened the Frank Dolan Bridge. We think of you each time we cross it.
While I never had the pleasure of meeting Frank, I have known two of his daughters (Julie and Bonnie) for many years. They are both amazing women who are much loved and respected. It's obvious after watching the lovely tribute video that Mr. Dolan was the sort of father that made a wonderful life for his family with his love and kindness leading the way. May your happy memories bring you peace during this very difficult time.

May he rest in the loving arms of his heavenly father and may God grant comfort and peace to his family and friends. 🙏
I always remember when we first all met in St Kitts , we had so many laughs , toga party , lots of food and drink. Then only to come back to N Y to find our cottages just down the road from each other . Always in our heart fly high and rest in peace .
Frank,
Working with you for over 49 years (with the county and Bergmann) you were always smiling and eager to help. I will never forget how wonderful a person and friend your always were, rest in peace my friend!
Sid Reedhead
Frank,
Not only were you a great coworker.... you were a great individual, whom I had the pleasure to get to know over the years at Bergmann and consider a good friend!! From playing in the football pool as your love of a NY Giants fan, to always being there to buy Super Bowl Squares from me, to sipping Jack on the rocks together outside of work - you were always a joy to be around!! You never once even got frustrated when Peg always seemed to beat you in football pool w/ her crazy picks :)
