Grace, better known as Amazing Grace, filled this world with so much joy and LOVE during her short time here on Earth. Amazing Grace was the definition of a miracle, as she thrived and overcame every obstacle, despite only having half of a functioning heart. Her parents, Janelle and Dan, love their Gracie more than words could ever describe. They were her biggest fans and were so honored and proud to be her parents. Amazing Grace's best friends were her sisters, Madeline and Abigail. Wherever they were, Gracie wanted to be. Gracie absolutely loved and adored her sisters.

The darkest days were made brighter by Gracie, as she brought smiles to everyone around her, including strangers in public. Not only did she bring smiles to others, but Gracie, herself, LOVED to smile. No matter what she was doing, if a camera came out, she would stop and give the best "cheese" smile and clap for herself. Making people laugh was one of the many talents she had, and this went hand-in-hand with Gracie's ability to make others smile.

It is the family's hope that Amazing Grace and her life will continue to be an inspiration to everyone. The family wants others to know what Faith, Hope, and Love are, as Amazing Grace embodied all of these. They also want others to remember that miracles really do exist, as Amazing Grace was a living miracle.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Amazing Grace's wonderful providers and caregivers. There are no words to adequately thank all of you for your unwavering love and compassion for not only Gracie, but the entire family.

First and foremost, the family wishes to thank Dr. David Korones and Barbara Murante, NP, for being there quite literally every step of the way - while Gracie was still in the womb, right up until she took her final breath. The family could not have navigated this unthinkable journey without your constant support, guidance, and most of all, love.

A very special thank you to every member of Amazing Grace's:
