Clara was born to her parents, Joseph, and Ann McEntee on May 21st, 1934, in Auburn, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Clara is one of five children. She is predeceased by her two sisters Mary McBride and Theresa Docherty. And her brother Patrick McEntee. Clara has a remaining surviving sibling, her brother John McEntee. Clara excelled at life and academics and went on to receive her Master's degree from Roberts Wesleyan. Clara ended up meeting the love of her life, Julius, and they married on October 21, 1972. They raised 5 wonderful children together. Two sons, Gregory, and Mark. Three beautiful daughters, Lynnette, Laurie, and Beth. She pursued a career at Xerox and proudly moved up in the company from working as a secretary to overseeing export control. After Xerox she moved on to something new and took a different career path in sales at Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she eventually became a director for over twenty years. Clara and her husband Jules loved getting together with the family and taking vacations to Cape Cod. In their down time, they enjoyed watching the Yankee and Buffalo Sabre games together.

She enjoyed many things in life including quilting, crocheting, and knitting and truly loved making quilts for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They were just examples of tokens of her love she was able to craft with her hands that were cherished by her family. This just spoke of what kind of woman Clara was, family meant everything to her both immediate and extended. She was very close to her nieces and nephews as well as her children and grandchildren. Family was her pride and joy in life. Everyone that came across Clara in life could all say she was a true joy to be around and to everyone she met. Known to be the life of the party and loved to socialize, and dance. She was a very strong and inspiring woman who lived life and love to the absolute fullest. Clara was "always" first to arrive and last to leave.
