I’ve had the honor and privilege of being a teacher for many years and in those years have worked with so many talented and wonderful students. Neil is one of those kids who immediately won a piece of my heart, but more so my admiration. He loved school. He loved his friends. He showed us everyday that no matter what difficulties one faces that with determination and will everyday hardships can be overcome. His smile lit up our classroom and he inspired his classmates, his teachers, and everyone who worked with him. I will always see your smile and feel your enduring spirit as a member of our QUEST family. I am so honored to have been your teacher, but even more so blessed that you were a part of my life.
