July 31, 2023. Liz is predeceased by her father, John Alves. She is survived by her mother, Maria (Nobrega) Alves; brother, Victor (Allison) Alves; grandmother, Celiza Nobrega; nephew, Victor Mateo Alves; niece, Alayna Grace Alves; aunts, uncles, cousins & dear friends.
Liz's Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Saturday, August 12, 10 AM at St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY 14624. Her entombment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Seneca Park Zoo, 2222 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, NY 14621, or https://spzs.myshopify.com/products/donation in Liz's memory.
