Remembering Vincent Germano

Vincent C. Germano Jr. was born on July 3, 1927 in Rochester, NY to parents Josephine and Vincent Germano. During his younger years, Vincent attended School #18, Benjamin Franklin High School, and RIT.

Vincent served his country in the US Navy during World War II, spending his time of service on the aircraft carrier USS Kearsarge. After his military career, Vincent completed 37 years of employment with Delco Products.

In his free time, Vincent followed the stock market, supported the Buffalo Bills, went golfing and bowling, and played cards. He was proficient in both the piano and mandolin and enjoyed making music. He was an avid fan of movies, too, especially old Westerns and Hallmark Christmas films.

Vincent's family was the center of his life. He treasured the time he spent with his wife, Josephine "Jo" and children, Vinnie, Sam, Tony, and Michele. When he became a grandfather, Vincent embraced the role wholeheartedly and his grandchildren made an immense impact on his life.

His legacy as a loving, brilliant, talented, and kind person will live on eternally in the hearts of those who loved him.
