Passed away on February 18, 2023, in Rochester, NY. John is predeceased by his wife, Kathleen Flanagan. He is survived by his children, John (Patty) Flanagan, Kathleen Wharity & Jim (Kathy) Flanagan; grandchildren, John (Missie) Flanagan, Jennifer (Jay) Sachs, Jamie Flanagan, Brendan (Nikki) Wharity & Shannin Wharity; sisters, Pat Flannery & Peg (Oscar) Lewis.
Services were held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations can be made in John's name to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, NY 14450.
