Growing up very close with my godparents, Elaine and Chuck Noto, it was always such a pleasure to spend time with Kate when we all gathered at the Noto house for holidays, birthdays or whenever. As a child I found her to be so much fun . . .such a great sense of humor she had! As I got older---into my teens, as a young adult, and now a not-so-young adult---my fondness for Kate never wavered. She was a great lady. Although we weren't blood relatives, I will miss "Aunt Kate," and consider myself blessed to have known her for over 50 years.
