Survived by

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend passed away after a heroic battle with cancer at age 83. He is survived by his loving family, wife of almost 50 years, Martha (Maxwell) Quinn; children, Mary Quinn, Martin (Grace) Quinn, Patrick Quinn, Kerry (Andrew) Bennage; loving papa to, Sara and Megan Quinn, Elizabeth and Emily Bennage; also survived by sister, Eleanor Weigand; sisters-in-law, Shirley Quinn, Jean Quinn, Mary Ann Quigley, Patricia Brown; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James (Louise) Maxwell; many nieces and nephews.



History

Ralph was a wonderful family man, proud and active in the lives of his children and granddaughters, whom he adored. He was a Decorated WWII Veteran of the US Army Air Corps. He was the long time owner of Housecraft of Rochester. He was a big sports fan, especially of Notre Dame Football, Syracuse Basketball, the Baltimore Orioles and the Buffalo Bills. He loved bowling and playing Euchre. He was renowned for the delicious tomatoes he grew and the bread he baked. He enjoyed Jazz and Big Band music, was a member of the Sacred Heart Men`s Club and belong to the 8th Airforce Historical Society and the American Legion Post: Ira Jacobsen. Ralph was loved by his family and friends and he will be sadly missed.

Services

BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where Ralph`s visitation will be Thursday 3-8 PM. All are invited to attend Ralph`s Memorial Service on Friday at 10 AM at the Sacred Heart Cathedral (Flower City Park) Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.



Additional Information

The family would like to thank doctors Dudek, Liman, Loewen, McDonald, Oliver and Yirinec and the wonderful nurses and staff of the Pluta Cancer Center for their kind, compassionate treatment during this long battle and thank you to the West 6 staff at Highland Hospital for their wonderful care during his final days.
