Survived by

Greece: August 23, 2008 at age 92. He died soon after developing Leukemia. He is survived by his children, Janet (William) Ciaccia, Dr. Sam (Sandra) Insalaco of Lakewood, WA; grandchildren, William Ciaccia, David Ciaccia, Michael Insalaco, Carol Insalaco; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews cousins.



History

Phil was a member of Holy Apostles Church and the H.A.R.T. Club at Holy Apostles, he was a Member of the Eagles and he enjoyed his last years of his life at the Legacy where he was very active. He enjoyed reading and being with family. He loved to be around his grandkids. He also had a love for dancing. Phil was a very quiet and lovable guy who was loved by all and will be missed.
