She is survived by her beloved husband of 71 years John Spiotti; son William "Bill" (Lore) Spiotti; sisters brother Lillian Rock, Pat (Clifford) Mestler, Mary (Matthew) Fusilli Thomas Roviso, sister-in-law Jessie Roviso; brother-in-law Louis Spiotti; grandchildren Roxanne Moore William Spiotti Jr.; great-grandchildren Kaliegh Kevin Moore; several nieces nephews



History

Phyllis was born in Rochester daughter of Thomas Roviso Carmella Vella. During WWII Phyllis worked at E.C. Brown, where she made military products. Phyllis her husband John have spent 71 wonderful years together, she will be remembered for her devotion to John, her son Bill her grandchildren. She has spent her life as a homemaker as well as bookeeping. Phyllis enjoyed reading and cooking.

Services

Visitation Sunday, September 11 from 2-4 7-9. Phyllis' Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM Monday at Holy Apostles Church. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
