Gerlinde Friedman January 28, 2023

Dear Michael, Heidi and Erika,
So very sorry for the loss of your Dad. I have many fond memories of him and your Mom over the years! I’ll never forget our summer vacations at Schneiders Park Beach. Your Dad was always so much fun and had that great voice for singing around the campfires! Thank you for sharing the video tribute. It really captures his spirit over the years. I know he will be missed.
Sending love to all,
Gerlinde Friedman

Adam Maurer January 26, 2023

Our hearts go out to the family as another Zobel goes home to the Father. Uncle Mike and Aunt Maria were always warm, kind, inviting, and pleasure to be around. It was always a great time when the brothers and sisters were able to be together in each other's company. Following the wishes of the family, a donation in Uncle Mike's name will be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation. Love to All!

Mike, Heidi, Erika & Families, sending you our deepest condolences. Your dad was such a sweet man. When I think of him, I always remember the fun family camping days we shared so many years ago.

Chris Regali January 26, 2023

Chris and Carl Regali - We will always remember Uncle Mike as the kind, gentle soul that he was, always there to help when someone needed something. I remember him as a young child when he first came to the US and Mike and brother George bought me my first bicycle and other toys. He was a proud American and truly loved this country, as all of us immigrants do. The family that he and Aunt Maria raised should be proud of all that he accomplished through the years and know that he loved them dearly. I know that Michael, Heidi and Erika cherish him and will miss him dearly. They have been remarkable in tending to his needs and should be proud of what they have all accomplished in their lives. God bless you all and give you strength to move forward. Mike too, will now be singing with the angels as are the siblings before him. They have gained what we have lost. We will never forget you and until we meet again. Our entire family loved you, Karl, Lisa and Kathy and their respective families.

Doug Elliott January 25, 2023

Sandy and I offer our condolences to the entire Zobel family whom we spent countless hours with and was made to feel that we were part of theirs. Mr. Zobel led a life that should be a guiding light to all of us. No one loved family and country more than him. He lived the American dream, starting with little, and ending with a legacy of a loving wonderful family and a business he built from the ground up. A business that was not just intended to provide, but one which he planned and hoped to pass to his children and grandchildren so they would be provided for. An example of his selfless love of family. I will always smile when my memories of him come forward. I will remember his smile and his love of joking and teasing. I will remember the life lessons I garnished listening to him. I will miss him but whenever I think of him, I will smile and be thankful for my time with him.
My sincerest wish to his family is that their grief quickly turn to memories with smiles.
With love,
Doug, Sandy, Scott, Shannon
