Passed away suddenly on June 4, 2022, in Amherst, NY. Juan is predeceased by his father, Juan Collazo Cruzado. He is survived by his loving companion, Isis Diaz; children, Arihan G. Collazo Diaz, Zahir G. Collazo Diaz & Xinnelys D. DeJesus Moreno; mother, Carmen Zenaida Morales; siblings, Carla M. Collazo Morales & Martin A. Collazo Morales.
Juan's life will be celebrated 4:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, June 8th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, Rochester NY 14626. Juan will be laid to rest in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Please omit flowers.
