Dale T. Weinand Sr.

Dale "Travis" Weinand, passed away into the great beyond on the morning of February 23rd, 2022, after a hard-fought and courageous battle with lung cancer. Travis was, and forever will be, a bright and shining example of a good man, a warrior, and a patriot.

Although he may not have known it, Travis was an inspiration to everyone who knew him. He will always be remembered for his tenacity and unyielding strength in the face of overwhelming odds, and his uncompromising compassion for others. Even in his final treasured years, Travis never stopped putting others before himself. If there was one thing anybody could say about Travis, it's that he "Had No Quit in Him".

While he no longer walks with us on this plane, his cherished memory will live on through the lives of the people he loved; His loving companion, Kathy Scarfone; his beloved children, Dale, Brittany and Stephanie Weinand, Nick, Jason and Alex; his loving sisters Tammie and Melanie; and his step-father Leylan Freeze.

Should pale death with treble dread,
Make the ocean caves our bed.
God who hears the surges roll,
Deign to save the suppliant soul.
