Obituary
Michael is predeceased by his wife, Nancy Montalto; parents, Michel & Carmela; brothers, Sam, Donald & Anthony. He is survived by his children, Donna Montalto & Laura (Mark) Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Devin Fitzgerald, Keri (Ryan) Martin, Shauna (Ryan) Longyear, and Michael (Courtney) Kephart; great-grandson, Jackson Kephart; several nieces and nephews.
Michael and Nancy met on a blind date through Peter Nugent and they knew immediately they were right for one another. They eventually were blessed with two daughters, and further with four grandchildren. He was an avid lover of film throughout his career at Kodak and later enjoyed 20 years driving school bus for Greece Central Schools. Michael was a lifetime golfer, lover of cars & enjoyed singing and playing the piano to the tune of Boogie Woogie. He will be deeply missed and always lovingly remembered by many family and friends.
No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend Michael's Funeral Mass, Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 9:30 AM at St Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Rd. Rochester, NY 14626. Immediately to follow, Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
