Patricia A. (Nicosia) Cavuoto
GATES - March 3, 2021. Patricia is predeceased by her husband, Frank Cavuoto. She is survived by her children, Angela (Joe) Gennuso & Steven (Megan) Cavuoto; grandchildren, Danielle Gennuso, Deana Gennuso, Sydney Cavuoto, Evelynn Cavuoto, Gia Cavuoto, Frank Cavuoto & Crosby Cavuoto.
Per NYS regulations all are required to wear a face mask and hand sanitize at the church and cemetery .
Patricia's Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Saturday, March 6, 2021, 10 AM at Parish of the Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd., immediately following, will be her burial in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
Patricia was born November 5, 1943 to Steve & Angelina Nicosia. She grew up on Jefferson Ave and attended St. Peter & Paul grade school. As a child she took singing lessons and in her teen years going to soda shops and dancing were a source of her enjoyment.
Patricia and Frank met by chance and were married September 28, 1963 at St. Pius X Church. They went on to have 2 children, Angela, and Steven.
Patricia loved to play games of chance whether it was a scratch-off lottery ticket or going to one of the many local casinos; Batavia Downs, OTB or the Buffalo Raceway. She enjoyed crossword's, jumbo puzzles and listening to her some of her favorite 50's music such as Patsy Cline, Chubby Checkers & Fat's Domino.
She loved to watch Judy Judy, Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, football, and hockey.
Her always happy, kind, generous, selfless, and loving ways will always be cherished and missed.
