Amy and Family: I am very sorry for your loss. Joe and I worked very closely at Passero on many airport construction projects. Our work took us all over NY, Dayton, OH, and Florida. Joe was always my "go to" guy and someone I truly trusted. More importantly, he was my friend and he will be missed.

Amy and Family: I worked with Joe at Passero Associates, and had many discussions with him in the aviation department as he prepared for his jobs. I always loved to hear his voice coming down the hall and into the office, as well as his hearty laugh. May God help you all navigate through the days and months ahead.

To Amy and family, Karly and I will truly miss our dear friend. He will forever be in our hearts and thoughts. I so appreciate the love he gave to my Karly.
