Hollene H. Scarfone

GREECE - February 17, 2021. Hollene is predeceased by her husband, Julius P. Scarfone. She is survived by her sons, Tony (Katie) Scarfone, Jay Scarfone, Mike Scarfone & Nick (DeAnna) Scarfone; grandchildren, Rachel, Justin, Ariana, Allea & Alexandra Scarfone; nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends. 

Per NYS regulations all are required to wear a face mask and sanitize at the funeral home. 

Hollene's life story will be shared during her visitation Sunday 1-4 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.). Her funeral service will be celebrated, Monday, 10 AM at the Funeral Home.
Her interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Golisano Children's Hospital, 300 East River Rd., PO Box 23029, Roch., NY 14692-3029 in Hollene's memory.

Hollene Maxim was born March 11, 1941. She attended grade school in Webster but later moved to John Marshall Highschool in Rochester. Hollene met her husband, Julius while he was walking by her Aunt Iris's house. They were married and honeymooned in NYC. She and Julius went on to have 4 sons; Tony, Jay, Mike & Nick & were married for 47 years. They enjoyed going out to the movies, and to dinner especially at the Brook House. 
Hollene loved to watch Young & Restless and Bold & Beautiful soap operas, she loved listening to music like Celine Cion or top 40 hits. She enjoyed family gatherings when everyone came together, especially during the holidays and cooking eggplant parmesan, cheesecake. She loved anything chocolate, cookies, candy and especially Dove chocolates. Her appearance was very important to her, she was an avid shopper on QVC, HSN always buying jewelry. Hollene was a loving mother, devoted wife, traditional, selfless and always willing to please others. She will be deeply missed by all.
