Survived by his children Joseph J. Polizzi Louise R. Granat; grandchildren Nicola Polizzi Gina Granat; great-grandaughter Naomi Polizzi; sisters, Rose Guggino Lena DiPerna; sisters-in-law, Florence Benedetto Lucy Todesco; several nieces and nephews.
History
Joe was retired from Rochester Products. He enjoyed woodworking, bowling, golf and shuffle board. He was a handyman with a great sense of humor. He loved his family and the times he shared with them. He also was a great lover of animals.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes, 595 Blossom Rd. Rochester, NY 14610 in Joe`s Memory.
Services
BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where Joe`s visitation will be Tuesday September 28, 2004 from 2-4 7-9. Joe`s Funeral Service will be Wednesday September 29, 2004 at a time to be announced at the Funeral Home. Interment private.
