Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at age 92. Pre deceased by his wife, Nancy; brothers, Daniel Eugene Carroll. Leon is survived by his daughters, Susan Belsher, Janet (Troy) Hess, Kathy (Rob) Seay and Pam (Joe) Sutera; grandchildren, Jennifer Belsher; Ryan Belsher, Brandon Belsher, Harleigh Hess, Tabitha Hess, Ella Liam Seay Connor (Taylor) Jessica Sutera; great granddaughter, Paisleigh Sutera; sister, Anne O'Neil; brother, Fred Carroll,; sister-in- law, Barbara Carroll; many nieces and nephews.
No prior visitation. Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family
